The church media volunteer

Meet Debra, 42, who runs her Sunday livestream and designs weekly bulletins on Canva. She sees other churches with slick social media clips but has no budget for a production team. AI feels intimidating. HAA’s has a class teaches AI-powered graphic design and social media content creation, helping her turn a 30-minute sermon into five shareable clips. She becomes her church’s creative hero, feeling pride in her work and knowing her creative gifts are being used.

The aspiring filmmaker with a day job

Meet Marcus, 29, a warehouse supervisor dreaming of writing and directing a short film. He has incredible stories but limited time and resources. HAA's flexible schedule and modular classes allow him to learn scriptwriting and storyboarding with AI tools in the evenings, without quitting his job. He sees himself transforming his dream into a tangible project, excited by the potential of AI to bring his cinematic vision to life.

How HAA programs work

You don’t need to be a tech expert or a full-time student to join. Our programs are designed for maximum flexibility and effective learning.

Choose your path: one, two, or all three classes

Each class is 4 weeks long and standalone. You don’t have to take them in order, but they build on each other for a comprehensive experience:

  • Class 1: AI Storytelling & Pre-Production (writing, graphic design, social media)
  • Class 2: AI Production Tools (visuals, audio, storyboarding)
  • Class 3: Post-Production & Distribution (editing, film festivals, career paths)

Live online learning (evenings)

Most learning happens live on Zoom, Mondays & Tuesdays, 5-7 (Youth) and 7–9 PM Adults). These are interactive sessions where you can ask questions, get feedback, and collaborate with classmates. If you miss a session, recordings are always available so you can catch up at your convenience.

Hands-on labs (in-person)

Some skills are best learned face-to-face. We offer 1-2 Saturday labs per class (10 AM – 2 PM) at Hillside Chapel, Norcross, Georgia. These labs provide practical experience with equipment like green screens and audio recording, ensuring you get real-world skills.
